設施超好，服務很弱。
優點：
1、僅鄰流坑古村，停車場免費停過夜
2、房間目測40多平米，寬敞明亮。房內各類插口齊全。
缺點：
1、寫生項目共5棟樓，沒有導引標識，38度高温暴曬下，我們摸了幾棟樓的門才找到前台所在地。
2、我在前台提出想看可以入住的房間再定。服務員帶我看了兩間我滿意的房間，前台都會遠距離飄來方言，告訴領路的服務員房間不能給我。第三間房遠離電梯口，雖説是二樓窗外草地確是能站人的沒安全感，我也衹能將就了。在房源充足的前提下，不應有個先來後到麼？不能讓我入住的房間為何折騰我看來看去？聽不明白服務員間的方言，我有“不被前台待看”的感覺，就因我是散客？

酒店就在流坑古村入口一公里處，停車很方便。酒店房間很好，衞浴也都挺好，智能馬桶。唯一可以提高的就是早餐，品種如果多一點就會更好。當然也可能是國慶期間人手不夠。國慶這麼舒服的酒店不怎麼漲價也是很良心。流坑古村非常原生態，來了就知道了，推薦全國的朋友都來玩，照顧一下店鋪的生意。

酒店距離景區很近，硬件設施比較新，有智能化語音控制。
服務跟不上硬件。到景區先是查不到訂單，叫了經理來，經理來了之後看起來很忙也不知道在忙什麼，還是攜程網上客服給力，快速解決了問題。然後詢問這位經理贈送的景區門票去哪裡領、和周邊哪裡有餐飲，回答就是去景區問，態度非常急燥、很不耐煩。問早餐時間直接讓看牌子，就很離譜！是淡季散客少了就這麼差嗎？前台不能提供諮詢服務嗎？
房間裏有螞蟻！好多衹！行李箱都不敢放地上！
沒有一次性拖鞋！塑料拖鞋污漬明顯，不敢穿。
智能化硬件的設計與構思很好，維護的不行，窗簾語音開關已經失靈，窗簾衹能關不能開，要手動。
感覺這個酒店就是招待團客為主，介意服務的散客建議還是選民宿和其他酒店。

在路上的時候首先打電話想詢問停車問題，還是我禮貌的問你好請問是寫生酒店嗎？電話那邊直接來句：是啊幹嘛？我去你的，前台服務就是這樣？還幹嘛？意思不應該打電話給你？晚上九點多入住了酒店，房間餐巾紙沒有，廁所一股騷臭味！沒有一次性牙刷梳子，打電話叫前台還説盒子裏有，我又不是鄉巴佬，盒子裏有我打電話叫你送？還説梳子就衹能一把！一次性拖鞋也沒有，都不知道那個拖鞋會不會傳染腳氣！送來的老阿姨一臉不情願！早餐就更不用説了，豬食？幾根切了的油條，煮了兩鍋粉幹，一盆炒到燒黑的包菜！**第一次碰見服務設施餐飲各方面都這麼差的酒店，還三百多？我真的想罵臟話。逼我這種好説話的人發飆！

這家酒店的服務真的是爛透了：入住辦理回覆沒有找到訂單，態度極差，回覆我説“取消訂單，去其他地方住宿”，這倒是我人生中第一次體驗，我都不相信我的耳朵，半夜在黑黢黢鄉村路上開了二十分鐘，換來這樣的對待。後來平台打電話過去，又説訂單找到。早上起來吃早餐，券上標明到9:30，結果被告知是8:30結束，怪客人説自己為什麼不早點過來，真是服了！佩服佩服！餐廳裏全是蒼蠅
