I was unable to stay at the facility because it was cancelled the same day I arrived at Lecce. I had booked through *********** and had been notified some days before that the facility had rejected the credit card with which I had guaranteed the booking (the actual payment should have been made directly at the facility). I was asked to re-enter the details of my fully functioning credit card (with more than enough funds) and it was rejected again. At that point I called the facility who advised me to try with another card. I did so and after 5 days (a few hours before my arrival) the card got rejected again. I called back and they told me to try entering the card details once more. I did so, and everything seemed correct until two hours later I got a message from *********** saying that the facility had cancelled my reservation. I called the facility again and the person in charge said they couldn't do anything about it because they had already given away my room (booked more than 5 months earlier). Deeply annoyed I said that I would have taken action about it and left a negative review. The person in charge threatened me saying that if I did so she would go to the lawyers. Fortunately, there are also a lot of good people in Lecce and I found another accommodation (paid for without any problem with the same card that had been rejected by Mirage). Could it be that my one-night reservation in August was more trouble than gain for Mirage? I will stay with the doubt, but I warn Mirage I will be happy to have a colleague-to-colleague chat with the lawyers they mentioned.

Occhio alla fregatura! Dopo aver prenotato con Booking con carta per altra struttura (Mammasisi in pieno centro storico) alcuni giorni prima dell’arrivo mi hanno rifiutato la carta (scoperto poi che è una loro prassi) ed ho dovuto usarne altra. Al mio arrivo, per fantomatici problemi tecnici a me non comunicati prima, vengo destinato in altra struttura (società Mirage) nella zona commerciale di Lecce da me nemmeno presa in considerazione e vengo costretto a saldare in contanti perché per pagare solo i 25 euro della tassa di soggiorno non avevo con me l’altra carta con cui avevo prenotato. Nonostante mie rimostranze e contrarietà vengo indirizzata presso altra struttura: stanza fatiscente, bagno indecoroso e sporco. Che dire? Vergognosi! Da oltre 10 giorni non mi fanno fattura, nonostante mie ripetute lamentele. Statene alla larga.

Camera bella, nella norma, si può migliorare la pulizia, non che fosse assente, ma alcuni dettagli possono essere migliorati per rendere l’esperienza impeccabile (ad esempio il calcare dal doccino). Posizione centrale perfetta, permette di non prendere la macchina per uscire in centro. Colazione inclusa, ci hanno dato un biglietto da portare ad un bar vicino la struttura. Prenoto al Mammasisi Rooms a inizio settembre per una trasferta di lavoro e il prezzo è tanto basso che non mi sembra vero. Inoltre garantivano pagamento in struttura. Qualche giorno prima mi chiedono di confermare la carta, che mi viene respinta per 3 volte. Alla fine mi trovo detratta la somma (tassa di soggiorno esclusa). Il giorno prima vengo avvisata che il Mammasisi ha dei problemi e vengo dirottata al Mirage. Ingenuamente accetto. Arrivo quindi all'indirizzo e pago subito, prima di vedere la stanza. Mi confermano che la precedente cifra verrà stornata a breve (spoiler: lo dovrò ricordare io due giorni dopo). Bene, fin qui ancora possiamo tollerare tutto. Entriamo in stanza e vengo subito lasciata da sola, accolta solo da uno strano odore acre. Mi sistemo e dormo fino a mattina. Quando apro gli occhi ad attendermi ci sono degli insettini che camminano tra i cuscini. Schifata mando una foto al loro numero. Mi garantiscono che puliranno perché "probabilmente la finestra è rimasta aperta". La mattina dopo la scena si ripete. Vado di persona alla reception (sento dire "sono TORNATE le cimici da letto"). Mi cambiano finalmente di stanza. A contorno: lenzuola e biancheria logore e strappate. Fate voi.

Ho prenotato in Aprile 2024 una notte per inizio Agosto 2024 presso questa struttura tramite Booking. Ho più volte contattato la struttura per avere conferma della mia prenotazione. Ieri 04/08 a meno di una settimana dal mio arrivo, mi cancellano la prenotazione senza alcun valido motivo. Ho chiamato e chiesto spiegazione,ma mi è stato risposto che la mia stanza non era più disponibile.L'avevano già occupata per altri. Mi sono rivoilta immediatamente all'assistenza clienti di Booking,che non hanno potuto o voluto fare nulla. La struttura non è stata in grado di giustificare neanche a loro con un valido motivo il perchè della cancellazione improvvisa della mia prenotazione. Ho pertanto dovuto cercare un'altra soluzione ad un prezzo decisamente superiore,visto il periodo di Agosto e la prenotazione a ridosso dell'arrivo. Sono esterrefatta e molto delusa per l'accaduto soprattutto con Booking di cui mi fidavo... Per quanto riguarda il Mirage di Lecce,devo dire che me l'aspettavo un comportamento del genere e la poca serietà ne è stata la dimostrazione!!! Suggerisco fortemente di stare lontani da queste persone furbette..

Non ho mai trovato un posto così sporco e cadente, maleodorante e mal funzionante. Falso che ci sia un parcheggio gratuito. Colazione con un buono al bar per cappuccio e brioche. Non c'è presenza di personale se non all'arrivo, per dare la chiave e prendere velocemente i soldi. Non credo a tutte le recensioni da 10 che si possono vedere su Booking. Decisamente sconsigliato
