We had various problems in this hotel where we absolutely do not see anyone except the cleaning staff who enter your room twice in a row WITHOUT authorization, the very bare minimum for the kitchen, two mattresses against each other to make a f-large bed !!!!!! change of room in the evening for another room on the ground floor, suddenly noisy, impossible to communicate with a person verbally, no way to express yourself other than by leaving a bad comment, really a shame I would have so much preferred to do it in person !!!!!

Apartment equipped with every comfort located 10 minutes from the center of Lecce. Recent renovation with excellent spaces. Check-in independently via access code on your mobile phone and magnetic card for room entry. You will be welcomed with delicious delicacies for breakfast: croissants, disposable portions of Nutella and jam, two coffee capsules and two bottles of fresh water. Towels present in the structure but for a seven-day stay we had to ask for changes, not the best. Phon present. Cleaning is not included and please note that a €200 deposit will be retained until the end of your stay. We had various problems: from the air conditioner in the kitchen which was leaking, to the total lack of tools for basic daily cleaning such as: broom, dustpan, mop; to the loss of water from the coffee machine, to the presence of ants in the room. Given the place and the PRICE we would have expected a better stay.

Excellent discovery near the historic center of Lecce which can really be reached in 5 minutes. Our room, for 6, was excellently finished with very pleasant design and tasteful solutions. Air conditioning in all rooms, two large and comfortable bathrooms. The kitchen is very large and well equipped with. Refrigerator, Bourbon coffee machine available. The atrium of the building is also well-kept and elegant.
