砰石火車站 50 米路左右，去 著各景區 金雞嶺步行到登山口約 10 分鐘，十分方便，酒店衞生很好，員工很樂於解答旅客問題，已一個小鎮 已經很好水平，但附近無餐廳，食方面不要太講究，整體很滿意，值得一贊 水壓很好，洗澡很舒適，以下圖片 食店 不錯

看是星程，又是比較新的酒店，就放心選擇了，結果發現是一個“鄉村版星程 ”
衞生真的堪憂，水壺上有不明污漬，馬桶有黃色污漬，房間地板沒有拖乾淨，直接粘鞋的那種，走廊的地毯，電梯間，哎～～怎麼就沒有一個能乾淨一點呢！
最糟糕的是早餐，應該是本地找的叔叔阿姨，沒有一個穿工裝，你也分不清誰是顧客，誰是員工，提供的餐點，那也真是無以言對，沒有一個像樣的，餐做不好吧，你把衞生搞好也行，但發現奢望了。最離譜的是座位也是嚴重不夠，拿完餐，站在哪等位置，汗！

很少給商家差評，實在是被處理的相當不到位。
蟲*，蚊子，灰塵，衞生差；本身看着評分來的，經歷了後，都是假的。
按照華住會的價格256元，實際上並不是華住會的合作伙伴；
12點半入住酒店，然後發現5-6個文字，我想也是小問題，將就一下；然後2點入睡時候，才發現皮膚到處抓，仔細檢查，發現很多蟲*；然後説換被單的阿姨凌晨沒上班，同意給換房，而其他房間一個樣的情況。
折騰到了2點半，説同意退款；2點半幾乎沒有住到合適的酒店，本帶着小孩將就，不過這情況實在無法將就睡。結果帶小孩通了個宵😡😡😡
當時這酒店的老闆過來處理，就是接受退房退款；我想説，時間折騰了，你讓我又到哪裡去住酒店，而且這時候訂房，基本上的酒店價格都上漲了。

酒店新開的 裏麪條件還湊活 但是前台人員素質有待提高 怎麼説也是華住的酒店 晚上要三瓶礦泉水 前台説給不了 嘰裏呱啦説一大堆 最後送來兩瓶 兩百塊錢的酒店 送幾瓶水給不樂意 住華住酒店最差的體驗
