房間花灑不行，沒什麼水還沒啥熱水。空調效果一般，隔音也不好，早上6點就有剁菜板的聲音，吵人睡不着覺。

停車在地下室需要機械式停車位，停車後移車不方便是扣分項，其它服務及設施良好，空調有暖氣，強度不怎麼足夠，性價比高，建議入住，給好評
