房間寬敞，熱水充足，床褥乾淨，枕頭舒服，升級為六樓的江景零壓房，陽台上眺望江水倒映大橋霓虹，景色很美，服務很好，尤其是前台麥小姐給人賓至如歸的感覺，是一次很不錯的入住體驗！

不愧是樂昌最好的酒店，地理位置特別好～就在河邊容易找，車位多且方便，住過那麼多酒店，碧桂園鳳凰酒店的房間是最大的，應我的要求還給簡單佈置了，我很滿意，辛苦樓層服務員了，酒店設計也很好，經典歐式建築風格，吃住一條龍，經前台妹子熱情推薦，確定次日約朋友喝早茶的地方就選在酒店了，不負所望，早茶食材新鮮，口味絕了，朋友們都説好吃，出品好、服務好！

新年期間入住，從前台小姐姐到客房清潔阿姨都親切問候，離開時客房阿姨也都熱情招呼，服務不錯。老牌酒店但不顯舊，與其他的碧桂園酒店比算新。環境當然也不錯，門口武江邊走走散散步拍拍風景，也有小小步道園景。停車方便，去哪找吃的也方便（樓下有但沒試）。喜歡泡一下每家酒店的書吧，這裏也發現幾本感興趣的書，瀏覽記錄一下，以後好回去借閲。書吧宣傳欄裏經小姐姐介紹發現了和村最美公路，與原來計劃去的安口村看千年樟樹王一起，兩個小時遊覽對樂昌留下了美好的印象。早餐中規中矩吧，餐廳裏那幾層台階總讓人擔心，長者孩子容易摔倒。總的來説本次入住不錯的體驗。

每次回樂昌都是住碧桂園酒店，回家的感覺，環境舒適，房間夠大、衞生潔凈，早餐品種豐富，性價比高；工作人員服務熱情用心，特別是前台小姐姐小麥服務非常貼心，給我們升級了房型送了應季水果，親自帶我們去一樓餐廳，點贊！以後回來還住這。
