酒店在鬧市區商場樓上，地理位置比較好，購物和吃東西都比較方便，有大型地下停車場。房間較寬敞，衞生尚可。樓下有KTV，晚上過了12點還是能聽到隱隱約約的重低音噪音，睡眠比較淺的人可能會受到影響。電梯的門禁系統是擺設，可以直接按到住房樓層。早餐是和喝早茶的食客在同一個餐廳裏，配好的幾樣東西沒有自行選擇的機會，品種很單一，而且需要等比較長的時間，問了下服務人員預計上菜時間會很不耐煩。離店時前台的工作人員妹妹態度比較好。住這種老星級酒店都屬於開盲盒，這一家的價格在當地算是比較高的了，綜合來看，性價比一般般吧。

天氣冷想燒個熱水一看熱水壺崩潰了！然後説睡覺，一看枕頭我的媽呀，酒店開業久設施舊可以理解但舊和臟完全兩個概念呀！還有隔音，在廁所上廁所能聽見隔壁説話一清二楚我也不想聽的，誰知隔音效果實在太差

酒店地點好, 正正市中心, 樓下便是大型超市, 周圍有多種食肆選擇, 酒店的子彈電梯有點復古, 房間寬闊, 整體尚算干淨, 性價比高, 每年要去樂昌的我, 這間是必然選擇.

房型：房型佈局是可以的，最致命的缺點是沒有新風系統，沒有可打開透氣的窗户，仔細看了一下，衹有玻璃窗下的一排小孔，家人半夜悶醒的，透不過氣來。
設施：總體偏老，空調關不了，開與不開沒區別，空調這塊極度影響透氣效果。智能化設施沒有，這個作為老酒店沒有與時俱進。
服務：服務挺好的，沒有問題。
環境：樓下是大潤發，到河邊也近，周邊環境沒得説，交通便利。
總體上，就是不透氣，空調完全沒有效果，酒店需重新翻新才能跟上需求。

房間給人的感受是比較陳舊，但衞生還可以。衹是窗户是密封的，不通風。房間隔音比較差，兩點鐘能感受到樓下KTV強勁的震動。
