天氣冷想燒個熱水一看熱水壺崩潰了！然後説睡覺，一看枕頭我的媽呀，酒店開業久設施舊可以理解但舊和臟完全兩個概念呀！還有隔音，在廁所上廁所能聽見隔壁説話一清二楚我也不想聽的，誰知隔音效果實在太差

位置非常好，鄰近超市，酒店內有酒樓，購物及飲食都方便，地方整潔及服務員態度良好及细(心，值得推薦的。定必再次光顧。

房型：房型佈局是可以的，最致命的缺點是沒有新風系統，沒有可打開透氣的窗户，仔細看了一下，衹有玻璃窗下的一排小孔，家人半夜悶醒的，透不過氣來。
設施：總體偏老，空調關不了，開與不開沒區別，空調這塊極度影響透氣效果。智能化設施沒有，這個作為老酒店沒有與時俱進。
服務：服務挺好的，沒有問題。
環境：樓下是大潤發，到河邊也近，周邊環境沒得説，交通便利。
總體上，就是不透氣，空調完全沒有效果，酒店需重新翻新才能跟上需求。

酒店衞生極差，黴斑黴點多處，前台和清潔工用牆壁設備老舊做藉口，到第二天也不承認衞生問題。酒店按鈕也很多用不了，電視也點不進。空調也是擺設，沒有辦法自己調節。搪塞説是中央空調，（是住酒店不是住商場，憑什麼調節冷熱都不提供）總體就是一個設備、衞生、服務態度都噁心的酒店。

每年都會過來這個城市旅遊，這次是帶朋友來的，還是住這個酒店，酒店地理位置很方便，前台服務態度很好，特別是前台小哥一直都微笑迎客。客房衞生乾淨，客房服務態度很好，設施都很好，房間舒適寬大。下次來還住這裏。

服務那些挺好的，早餐種類少，不值得加20塊錢購買，不如點外賣，吃了一天，後續幾天買了都沒有下去吃早餐的慾望，都想退來着沒好意思，我住的一間馬桶偶爾會失靈，沖不了，樂昌酒店太少了，所以感覺價格有點虛高
