Dommage que la mer ne soit pas très propre à cet endroit...
La piscine à l'ombre toute l'après midi... Donc froide...
Les chambres sont agréables mais mon matelas était déjà un peu fatigué...
Petit déjeuner correct.

Awful service and communication. Reservation done overseas, paid all fees in advance, including late check out through bank transfers as requested. At the time of check-in staff couldn’t find booking and we’re requesting further payment for late check out.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The facilities are very well maintained and with very good architecture. Excellent location and panoramic view. Very complete breakfast. I would have liked the bar to close a little later. The staff very attentive and polite.

Excellent Hotel, view, service and food. I spent a week and every day was an excellent experience. The food at Aqua is incredible, specially the Paella Waiters are always polite and willing to help and give advise on the menu Rooms are comfortable and have a very nice view to the ocean

Management are laid back and walk the floors with coffee cups in their hand, I tried to book a convention and was told that "they" are in a meeting. They never contacted me afterwards during another 4 nights stay. Management does not care !!!! At the time there were not more than probably 15 rooms occupied. Front office does not speak English ( for a convention hotel) ! Over 8 months opened, they are still building !!! For a 200 plus room hotel there is only one restaurant for all meal services. The whole pool area is concrete, very unsafe for children with no "Non Slip" surfaces. In contrast, the food was excellent !

El Eurobuilding Lecheria emerge en la ciudad en la zona de Él Morro, justo antes de la entrada hacia una de las urbanizaciones más exclusivas de la ciudad. Amplio, moderno, muy ventilado y con una decoración que sugiere rasgos de la cultura tailandesa con un estilo muy chic. El staff es educado, serio, lo suficiente como para lograr atender a sus huéspedes sin extender lo habitual en su servicio. El buffet de desayuno es amplio, como en el resto de los otros hoteles de esta cadena venezolana. El menú para almuerzo y cena puede ser un tanto exagerado, con opciones muy elaboradas, podrían ampliar la oferta con alternativas más sencillas para complacer un late night snack sin tanta elaboración. La vista hacia la bahía realza su estilo tropical y envuelve al hotel con su magestuosidad. Bien ubicado, aunque no está en el corazón de Lecherías. No obstante, tiene algunos restaurantes y sitios nocturnos muy cerca. Hay delivery en la zona con fácil acceso hacia el hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias, sobretodo el baño con una ducha enorme con muchas opciones tipo spa en la regadera, para la salida del agua. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones es inmensamente frio, casi desagradable, por lo q llevar un sweater no está demás.
