前台接待很熱情，還説特意留了房間。結果，留的是三樓電梯打開的第一間，房間沒有隔音可言，本來計劃夜爬尖峯嶺，需要早睡，結果外面煙花鞭炮聲音不斷！！根本睡不了！！房間裏有一雙很臭的拖鞋，就放在牀頭櫃底下，特別噁心。牆壁是發黴的，廁所門是壞的，關不上，配的洗浴產品比三無還差，刷牙的杯子都是水垢！！更無語的是，標着兩點退房，十二點沒到保潔阿姨敲門幾聲沒有應答之後自己開門了！！要麼就衹賣標豪華的那種房型，要麼就都更新到同一個水平

衞生太差 洗手枱都不乾淨 床墊朔料布都沒拆，翻身響，而且不透氣。進屋座椅上還有一團衞生紙。浴巾聞着味道也不新。枕巾感覺也不是新換的。酒店有一側靠馬路，很吵。有個陽台還不錯。這個價格衹要求乾淨舒適就好。
