這個房間比較大，有陽台，還有專用的廚房，這些都是為過冬長者準備的。冬天來這個酒店過冬，可以講好價格以後入住，可以自己做飯菜。
熱水夠用，還可以在酒店的游泳池游泳，離菜市場也比較近，早餐是東北菜，品種也夠，味道還不錯，菜品原汁原味，清淡營養，比較符合我的身體要求。
晚上睡覺空調太響了！放最低檔也是如此，沒有減輕多少。這中央空調，也不能像單獨裝的格力空調那樣好使。還有就是房間裏面總有一種味道，説不清道不明，反正我聞着不舒服。也搞不清，這味是從哪裡傳出來的。服務員態度不錯，耐心講解，耐心給我找房，這點很好。
