Absolutely unable to provide balanced vegan food (I had to come up with a dish/recepie). Service is stressed most of the time. Coffee and tea only included in breakfast. Finished at 10 o’clock means they turn off the lights on you. Kids care is very kind and they try with different options. Could be more immersive and inclusive. First for-familys trip was well organized and a lovely experience. Playground is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean. View is good. Noise from some hotel engines at night isn‘t to great but closed windows help. Kitchen and concept are stuck in the early 2000.

Hotel family ricco di esperienze. Accoglienza ottima. Il personale é gentilissimo. Ambienti puliti. Servizio di ristorazione veramente buono, animazione per bambini varia e molto coinvolgente. Un grazie a Luigi, Emanuela, Billy e Elena del mini club. Corso yoga, spa e proposta escursione molto apprezzati. Complimenti a tutto il personale

Non ho mai trovato un hotel così fantastico!!!! Tutto perfetto mangiare e camere molto belle, e letti molto comodi. Nessun difetto, tutto preciso e ordinato. Complimenti anche agli addetti che ci lavorano, tutti quanti. Il prossimo anno ritorno qua' di sicuro al 100 per cento

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana per una vacanza in famiglia, con due bambine molto piccole. L'albergo è situato in una bella zona e offre dei buonissimi servizi per bambini (dalle biciclette, ai passeggini, all'animazione, agli omogeneizzati e altre piccole accortezze per i più piccoli). Tuttavia, ci sono state delle mancanze. L'acqua delle piscine era troppo fredda per poterci entrare, soprattutto con i bambini. Gli orari dei pasti sono troppo rigidi: se alle 13.30 si chiude l'entrata in sala da parte dei clienti ciò non significa che chi è ancora al tavolo che sta mangiando i primi si debba vedere spegnere il buffet. Chi è al tavolo ha il diritto di terminare il pasto in tranquillità! L'accoglienza e la cortesia da parte dello staff di sala non è stata molto gradita: abbiamo avuto spesso la sensazione che avessero fretta di sbarazzare ma chi è in vacanza è anche giusto che si goda i pasti in tutta serenità. Il maitre poteva essere sicuramente più cordiale.

Strepitoso, come sempre, soggiorno nello splendido e organizzato Kinder hotel Adriana..accoglienza calorosa, miniclub fantastico con un team straordinario, ottimi buffet e piatti preparati dallo chef..e poi piscine, spa, giardino con giochi per bambini, la fantastica casa sull albero e tanto altro ancora, il tutto immerso nella meravigliosa cornice della val di concei..sono 4 anni che andiamo, e torneremo anche l anno prossimo
