Very close to Leeds station and nice quiet canal area with good restaurants....some local coffee workshops as well.
Small walking distance to Royal Armoury but it's okay.

Double tree is Uk always good. This Double teal hotel meets its standards and it is surrounded with restaurants and steps aways from train station if u exit the train station from the South Gate on second floor of train station

My friend and I visited Double Tree Hilton in Leeds to attend a sport event, we couldn’t
have had a better stay , the staff , hotel ambiance and cleanliness were first class, we will definitely return in the future.

The hotel was great and well located to get into the centre of Leeds. Nice views on the canal from the room, the room was spacious with good amenities. We got given breakfast with our booking which was lovely. We also got a free late checkout too.

Accidentally booked the wrong date, refused to change date and took my money. I will never stay in a Doubletree hotel again
