"There was long black hair on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean. There was stuff on the counters that I washed off. Also had to clean the walls.
Basically, they failed at a cleanly bathroom. We had a suite and it was double booked so we had to go to another room. Beds are very firm😡"

"This hotel is very new, the service staff are very enthusiastic! The most important thing is that the room is spacious and clean. Absolute value for money! I want to praise one, so I also registered a Hilton member :) Breakfast is very good, exquisite, not much but very hard!"

AAnonymous UserGood location and facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is the highest level of several similar hotels. However, reservation management is not good. Check-in was delayed because the hotel could not find the reservation information. When I went to the assigned room, others were already sleeping, and I couldn't get a new room immediately. The staff apologized for this and tried to solve the problem kindly, but the reservation management process needs to be improved

CCHUNThe breakfast was very good, the room was clean, the new decoration, the surrounding equipment was very good, the bed was big enough, the supplies were very new, there was an outlet nearby, and it was closed at 9 pm, we missed it after dinner.

BBartThe pool was very cold, not heated, never have I stayed at a hotel that had an indoor pool that was that cold. We chose your location because we were including our grandchildren for a vacation which part was to swim with them. It was too cold. This was also noticed by all of the guests that we talked to who only could use the jacuzzi since it was heated. I had told the staff through text when they asked how my stay was and they said that is standard, and they only heat to a certain level. I later asked if they could get approval for us to swim at one of their sister hotels and they said that was not possible unless we were staying at their hotel. I was in the hotel business for 5 years with Quality International so I am used to situations like this. Since we were staying multiple days I was asked if I wanted my room made up each day and I said yes, 1st day it was not done, and I had to ask and it was not done until 5pm.
