Love Fletcher Welness ! very close to the train station, the place was very clean , nice , cozy bed and amenities were great !

Great location near the central station of the beautiful city of Leiden. The hotel itself is well into the world-known standards of the Ibis brand; as always, an Ibis hotel is a safe bet for a comfortable night with reasonable prices. Extra points for all of the helpful and sympathetic people at the check-in counter! (The picture I added is actually the windows' view from my room, which was quite pleasant - even more so with the daylight in the morning)

優點：房間乾淨衞生，服務人員有每天倒垃圾以及進行簡單的衞生打掃；離萊頓中心火車站非常近，步行3-5分鐘。火車站裡面有AH to go和對面有JUMBO和ALDI，很方便。前台英語非常好，態度也非常好。恰逢元旦，酒店還在前台為客人準備了糖果和類似糖餅的甜食。 缺點：沒有暖氣，冬天洗完澡會有點冷；洗澡水壓不夠，花灑水小；燈不夠亮，房間偏暗。

That day, the hotels in Rotterdam and Amsterdam were all booked, and I finally booked this one, and the price should have gone up. The location is rather off, it should be difficult to get there without driving. The service attitude is okay, it seems to be the hotel of a small football club. Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, cosy rooms, terras for the kids outside, parking facilities at 100 meters from the hotel, the city centre at the doorstep of the hotel, Leiden is a nice city to spend a week, go shopping or visit many of the countless museums.

The location right on a pond is very good, breakfast is very good! Unfortunately, access to the rooms is a bit difficult, a seat and the baggage must be dragged over the stairs to the 1st or 2nd floor. Otherwise everything was OK.

This town is very suitable for hanging out, the hotel is also comfortable, you can walk to the attractions, recommended

A bit strange behaviour from the staff while checking in... We arrived after 3 pm. The room wasn't ready so they asked us to wait and offered us a during while we waited. OK, that sounded fine but the drink never came and suddenly the room was ready after a few minutes. No big deal, but if you offer the customer a drink, I think you should deliver on that. Otherwise the stay was fine. Newly built hotel, very close to the train station. The breakfast buffet had what we wanted.
