Maybe it's just the Germany culture, the hotel staff are rather cold and unenthusiastic. I can't say they are unhelpful because that wouldn't be true, they did help me with everything perfectly, but since I just came from two countries with much more passionate services (USA and France), the stillness here is like a mild cultural shock. Nobody ever greets you or smiles at you, I guess I need to learn and adapt. Also don't bother calling them after a certain time in the evening because nobody will answer, if you need anything you need to get down to the lobby yourself. The room is spacious and reasonably clean, 2mins walk from the airport. The lack or absence of charging outlet is slightly annoying, generally this is a worthy business hotel for busy short term travellers since the location is strategically advantageous, just don't come here if you are here for leisure with family and friends.

The room is bright and sunny, and the area is spacious and grand, which is rare in Europe. It is clean and sanitary, equipped with a small bar, excellent sound insulation, fresh and silent air conditioning, and the sound of trains cannot be heard at all when the window is closed. The sauna room is equipped with dry steam and wet steam, as well as a comfortably designed public rest area and personal rest area. It is considerate for guests, the front desk has a friendly smile, and the service is thoughtful. The structure is very beautiful and modern and inside it is decidedly youthful and fun, with many relaxation areas and a well-stocked bar. The breakfast is really excellent and varied, with vegan options that we really appreciated! Parking is paid!!

Hotel well located, easy access to the airport and from the central station. The room was clean. The street is really noisy, but you can’t hear it with the closed window. You’ll find a lidl within 5min walk. The bad point is that the staff was not friendly, and even a bit rude.

It is close to the office and only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. The hotel is quiet and the room is small. There are not many varieties of breakfast but there is a typical German breakfast in the basic configuration. There is a big supermarket nearby, and there are many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.
