我想入住酒店，在規定的辦理入住時間內抵達，但是我因為沒有找到酒店發給我的密碼而最終衹好臨時定其他酒店。我聯繫不上一個員工，電話和郵件都沒有回覆。並且他們不願意退錢。

Hacia tiempo que no llegábamos a un antro similar por accidente. No pudimos dormir más de dos horas seguidas, gente borracha gritando por los pasillos, poniendo música a las 6 de la mañana. No teníamos toallas en la habitación, la cama es raquítica para dos personas. En los alrededores no hay nada. Mejor evitarlo, por 20 euros más puedes estar en un hotel normal con unos servicios mínimos.
