來耒陽出差發現新開了一家全季果斷選擇全季，熟悉的禪茶香味，前台也是一如既往的熱情，有地下停車場停車非常方便，房間非常舒適温馨，還給我免費升級了房型，每個房間配備了茶具，對於愛喝茶的我們來説感覺非常棒！

新裝修很乾凈，枕頭單調只有一種，煙灰缸像麻地堆裏面撿出來的，那個床頭感應燈不知道怎麼點亮，有時亮有時不亮！

之前看見評價說酒店大堂一直有人吸煙， 以為只是個別事件， 想不到我們到達時也是煙霧瀰漫，臭氣熏天， 中國連火箭也上到太空了，為什麼禁止室內吸煙這樣難。
服務人員培訓有待加強， 說話沒有尾音， 有種牛脾氣似的倔強， 打電話到前台問問題 ，回答完再見也不說一聲就掛電話， 不知道還以為我欠了他錢。 不要說微笑， 不板起面孔已經很好。

來耒陽旅遊，選擇全季酒店真是太明智啦！位置超棒，周邊出行、購物、吃飯都很方便。走進大堂，温馨又舒適，原木風的裝修簡約又不失格調。房間乾淨整潔，晚上睡得特別香。
服務更是沒得説，從前台熱情的接待，在濕冷的南方遞上了熱乎乎的白茶，到保潔阿姨親切的問候“新年好！”，都讓人倍感温暖。早餐種類豐富，既有當地特色美食，也有常見的粥、包子等，營養又美味。退房時還收到了小禮品，很貼心。下次來耒陽，一定還住全季酒店，強烈推薦給大家！

衞生有待提高，保潔阿姨的拖板不夠衞生，拖完之後異味很重，包括洗臉盆擦完之後也殘留異味，建議：拖把和毛巾沒搞完一個房間之後立即清洗乾淨，然後再打掃下一個房間！對於這種價位的客房，衞生真的有待提高！洗衣機給力，跑步機不錯👍

新酒店，硬件設施沒問題。早餐管理混亂。
早上八點左右下樓，和另一位住客一直在下粉的地方嘎等，喊了半天也沒人迴應。無奈去打了一點炒飯，幾片青菜。重點來了，飯菜全是冷的。
我在想啊，這個不是七點前，也不是九點後，正兒八經的早餐高峯期居然是冷飯冷菜，破壞一天的美好心情。新酒店沒準備好，可以不含早餐，也可以不好吃，但你沒人管這攤子事讓人很難理解。
今天又來住了，明天早上再去看看
