6月29日凌晨三點左右，一名醉酒男顧客瘋狂敲砸我的房門數分鐘，被驚醒後恐慌不安！他敲門後並未離開，在走廊持續嘀咕近一小時，導致我近四點才能入睡——貴酒店連基本的安靜與安全保障都缺失！
今早投訴至前台，竟得到“他也付錢了”的冷漠回覆！無歉意、無行動！付錢就能肆意騷擾他人？酒店維護秩序、保護住客權益的義務何在？
更為惡劣的是，在酒店管理層介入處理這件事時，竟企圖用退一晚房費利誘我們，讓我們跟攜程平台説當晚沒有入住，同時另一方面又跟平台説我們當晚沒有入住，屬於虛假投訴，藉此逃避平台懲罰，也讓顧客無法在攜程上點評。在出現如此問題後，酒店管理層依然不想着好好解決問題，而是挖空心思欺騙客户，欺騙平台，衹想掩蓋問題，讓人噁心！

環境衞生都超級好，地理位置也很棒，就是服務人員的態度不是很好，女孩子都非常好，有一個男孩子不怎麼樣，我用的是鐘點房，要退房的前5分鐘他打電話來提示（你的鐘點房還有5分鐘）語氣不是非常好，然後我跟他説，我説要稍微晚一點，最多晚個10分鐘，我説我們補個粧馬上就出來了，然後他説那你搞快一點。然後我們實際上根本沒有拖延，我們直接就在他規定的時間內就走了。
