Very clean! Good breakfast.

I was in Naples for the US Open Pickleball event in East Naples Park and this hotel couldn’t have been more conveniently located. It is new, with very friendly helpful staff and a nice view overlooking a lake. I will stay here every time I visit Naples.

We stayed for one night on route to our final destination. Spacious room with a huge bed, large bathroom and all the facilities you would expect in a decent hotel. W didn’t eat as we arrived late but we did have a drink in a bar/restaurant area which was very nice. Breakfast as a bit hit and miss. Plastic plates and cutlery is a huge no for me, but I think it’s quite common in the US. The omelette wasn’t nice, but the other bits were ok. There was enough on offer to be full up! The pool area was really lovely and we would happily stay again if we were ever back in the area.

Staff is friendly, helpful, hard working and enjoy their jobs. The infinity pool is amazing. The pool area is landscaped beautifully. There is an outdoor bathroom facility so you don't have to reenter the hotel. Very convenient. Breakfast was very nice...lots of little extras like cream cheese, peanut butter plus all the usual options. Large breakfast area and also the option to dine outside. Hotel was opened December 2024. Looks great. Rooms and common areas are clean. Hallways well lit. Felt very safe. Hotel is quiet. Plenty of bathroom counter space. Good towels. Happy Hour is 4-7 daily with discounted prices. Nice to return, have a drink and relax. Our stay was amazing. We stayed 7 nights. I would definitely stay again. Highly highly recommend.

Not only is this a beautiful hotel, but the service is outstanding! So much so that I emailed the corporate offices just to shout out Hunter, who gave exceptional service and was so genuine and friendly, as well as being professional and super helpful. This hotel is a lovely property that feels luxurious, with comfortable and spacious rooms (we had a first-floor suite that opened to the pool and could not have been happier with our room!) that were comfy and cozy without feeling like you were stuck in some liminal space you've seen a thousand times before. Good food, easy access to anything you might need and wonderful amenities made this a top-notch stay for us, and again, I can't thank the staff -- especially Hunter! -- enough for being so awesome. It's our official new home for our yearly one-week stay, thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience! Book this place if you're thinking about it, you won't be sorry!
