Wir hatten uns auf ein schönes Mittagessen am 15.02.2023 im Restaurant "Waldesruh" gefreut, und vorsichtshalber einen Tisch für 2 Personen online reserviert. Nach Ankunft wurde uns ein Tisch unmittelbar am Eingangsbereich zugewiesen, obwohl noch 5 weitere Tische frei waren. Unsere Bitte für einen anderen Tisch wurde mit der Begründung, dass diese Tische reserviert seien, abgelehnt. Wir haben dann letztendlich diesen Tisch akzeptiert. Für die Kellnerin war es offensichtlich "Majestätsbeleidigung", denn eine Speisekarte wurde erst nach Nachfrage und 20 Minuten an uns übergeben. In der Zwischenzeit sind weitere Gäste gekommen, welche nicht reserviert hatten, und wurden an den "angeblichen reservierten" Tischen platziert. Nach Aufnahme unserer Bestellungen (Wildgulasch, Kalbsleber) mussten wir 37 Minuten auf das Essen warten. Auf Nachfrage teilte die "freundliche" Kellnerin mit, dass die Küche überlastet sei. Unser Argument, dass Gäste, welche nach uns gekommen waren, hätten ihr Essen bereits erhalten, wurde einfach ignoriert. Dieser Restaurant - Besuch war seitens des Service einfach eine Frechheit und Schande!!! Wir werden das nächste Mal zu Test-Zwecken kommen, und uns Veröffentlichungen in anderen Portalen vorbehalten.. MfG Matthias Effenberger
