房間很大，也很乾凈，淋雨房也寬大舒適，水壓大而過癮，員工服務態度好。就是地下車庫（當然不是屬於酒店管轄的）非常骯臟，到處堆着垃圾，散發出臭味，地上也很臟都是灰塵，地庫電梯間也臟，令人噁心。

衞生：路過的時候看到他們衞生人員搞衞生，被套全換，動作也都很麻利，感覺靠譜
服務：前台和保潔服務人員素質都蠻高的。早餐的餛飩真的可以一試！好好吃！！！

今天續完房，房間礦泉水都沒有，打電話給前台，前台直接説礦泉水4塊錢一瓶……
我尋思着住這裏兩三百塊錢一晚上，之前一個月住七八天，喝你幾瓶礦泉水還收我錢，我真能喝你幾瓶礦泉水啊？

一到酒店，前台工作人員熱情又迅速地辦理了入住，房間打掃得一塵不染，有問題找客房服務，響應超快，解決得妥妥當當。退房時，還幫忙聯繫了車。全程服務無可挑剔，下次還來！
