Terrific service pool food etc very good location outstanding service had half board generous hosts excellent everything. In winter ski area gigantic including Arosa hundreds of miles of hiking and in winter ski trails world class skiing history for years.

I just spent a week at Hotel Schweizerhof as part of an organized ski week, and I was very impressed with the hotel. My room was on the “budget” level, yet it was spacious, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Also, one of the ski rooms was just around the corner, and I found this to be particularly helpful. We were on half-board for the week. Breakfast and dinner were always excellent and offered a lot of variety. Also, the sauna and the Hamam were beautiful and lovely to use. I found every hotel staff person I encountered to be friendly and helpful, which really made the week even more pleasant. Finally, I loved that the hotel is right across the street from the bus station/post office. I was able to ship my skis through the Swiss train system from Zermatt for just 12 Euros, and it was so easy to walk across the street and pick them up (they arrived on time…of course! ). Both the red and blue ski buses stop at the bus station, making it easy to start the day on the mountain. We were also able to ski down every day to a spot just across the street. For all these reasons, I highly recommend hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide.

Great hotel! Jamie and Michelle are excellent hosts and very attentive. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is super and overall a fantastic ski holiday made special by the hotel. We had a great time and will be back for sure!

We booked four nights and left after two. This place is a pimped three star hotel that charges five star prices. The room was average, view on the backside of the building next door, children sleep on a couch, welcome drinks for kids but not for adults, need to book a time slot at the spa etc. not worth the CHF 880.- /night they charge for two adults and three small children.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the accommodation is top notch. Understated luxury defines the spacious and comfortable rooms. Service is excellent and the food is a culinary delight. Every hammam visit leaves you feeling super relaxed. I highly recommend this hotel.

We went for a Ski vacation. Decided to stay in town rather than closer to the actual ski lifts/gondola. It was a good choice; having access to the local stores, grocery & shopping, cafes & restaurants. All the staff was very friendly and spoke English pretty well. They were always very helpful answering questions and helping us navigate through our vacation in a foreign land. The Spa with Hamam and Saunas are all free to staying guests which is a big plus. I had never experienced such a nice area for relaxation with a variety of wellness rooms set up with lounges & beds for quiet time; also offering teas & healthy snacks.. very nice. The only negative is that they do not have a gym. They have a tiny room with literally 2-3 machines. Also, their bedding pillows are feather down, not-hypo allergenic. Those with allergies may experience some discomfort. We had to ask for different pillows as the ones provided were extremely airy and offered no support. They were able to provide memory foam thinner pillow which was much better. The breakfast buffet & evening dining was very good. We especially liked the salad buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with high quality food and very friendly staff. I may criticize the extreme climate orientation of the hotel. E.g. small portion of food, paying for tap water, not changing the services during the menues… etc. small things but at the end gets on the nerves…

Second time I have stayed at this hotel. With my father and my children (in their twenties). It is a beautiful central hotel with a modern yet traditional Swiss feel. Lots of space and fantastic common areas. The main thing that marks it out though are the staff. In every corner of the hotel from the reception to the restaurant to the bar, and even the cleaning staff, the welcome is first class. Everyone is just so kind! Nothing is too much trouble. My extended family go regularly and they remember everything about you. The Hammam was enjoyed immensely at the end of the day. Everyone was catered for seamlessly the restaurant, including vegetarian and coeliac. Bar area is great fun, especially fur lined chairs outside. Great cross generational venue. Oh, and we are all so in love with the tasty delicate herbal teas in the rooms, I’m afraid we took a handful on departure!!! You can’t get them in England! Thank you to everyone for making our short stay so wonderful.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hohe Professionalität und das Wissen des gesamten Teams – man merkt, dass alle gut geschult sind und ihre Arbeit mit Leidenschaft und Engagement machen. Die Buchungen wurden problemlos abgewickelt, alles lief reibungslos. Das Hammam ist ein absoluter Traum! Eine wahre Oase der Entspannung. Der Rückenfitkurs war ebenfalls hervorragend – die Trainerin hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um die Übungen richtig anzuleiten. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren beide exzellent. Es gab eine große Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten, die sowohl geschmacklich als auch optisch überzeugen konnten. Ein wahres kulinarisches Erlebnis! Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch die Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer kompetent, freundlich und standen bei Fragen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!
