Great hotel , superb location next to the gondola, excellent spa , amazing pool. The yoga classes, stretching , breathing classes and hikes with Jule were amazing. We travel a lot and I did a lot of yoga but she is amazing . Jule is a big plus point for the hotel.

Luxurious and beautiful hotel that far exceeds the 5* rating. The facilities, spa, food and staff are exceptional. The hotel offers outstanding services and all the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Exceptional spa! Many saunas and places to chill, very spacious, you do not feel uncomfortable even when there is a crowd. Love the pool at the rooftop with a view on mountains and bike park jumps. Location is perfect, exactly in front of the cable car station. Food amazing, many starters, homemade bread. Only main dishes nothing special, at least vegetarian. But in self service buffet many options. Many options also for afternoon snack. We were there twice. First time the hotel was full during holidays and there was even more food. Love the place to relax! Will come back soon.

We've been to Leogang area before and the hotel had already caught our eye. Its impressive rooftop heated pool offers great views towards both sides of the valley. Hotel offers several Saunas and relaxation rooms, and we received excellent massages from professionals, so it's an easy choice for a Wellness holiday. We stayed on the "Holzleo" side which was very recently renovated and we had a great room. However other guests that stay on the "Steinleo" side unfortunately have a different experience since rooms are a bit outdated, so it's definitely worth to opt for the upgrade. Food was amazing! Breakfast buffet is vast and we especially loved the fruit buffet where you can make your own fresh juice. Dinner on Saturday was mind-blowing; imagine a "Surf & Turf" concept with open-buffet seafood and meat! Leogang area is excellent all year for any mountain sports! Hotel offers lockers to store your equipment and quickly access the Gondola with an elevator & 2-min walk. Overall we are very impressed with the Hotel and would definitely like to come and visit again.

Very comfortable hotel, great spa with (really!) heated top roof swimming pool. Good food and prime location close (＜100 m walk) to the ski lift. Ski area is big, and well suited for making day tours to the villages. Been here twice, highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible stay with warm welcome and hospitality. We had decided for this hotel one day before our arrival and after one week we did not want to leave. Lovely fresh bar for breakfast. Infinity roof pool for morning awakening and large spa with panorama views after your bike or ski time. Really would come back in the future.

We stayed from 29/01 to 03/02 this year. The hotel is top class with superb food and great staff. Lanka who looked after us in the restaurant is outstanding and the rest of her staff are friendly and efficient

We spent 4 nights here in the beginning of August and we were very disappointed. Good things: Rooftop Pool Spa Jause Breakfast Location Bad things: Highly disappointing was the dinner. The quality was canteen/mensa quality. They tried to do fancy things but it was mediocre. The overall quality was below average what you'd get in a decent restaurant in town. Service was chaotic at times although the staff was very nice and friendly. What we strongly disliked, at a hotel of this price and 4* was the buffet style dinner. This is more a thing of cheap half board hotels for mass tourism. In an expensive quality hotel I expect my food to be served. Also wifi was very slow, youtube had stuttering at times. Video Meetings had interruptions. They promise parking but when we arrived the parking in front of the hotel was full and we were told to either find parking on the public ones (go and search) or pay 10Eur/night extra for the garage. Room was very basic (they call it Alpine style), I remember being disappointing upon entering I have to admit. View was good though (on the mountain side) Overall: Given the cost per night (350+) it was very poor value. Would not recommend or stay again
