Incredible! Wonderful staff, amazing facilities and oh my goodness the food! Big shout out to Florian, Martyna and Olivia who really looked after us so attentively and professionally during our evening meals. We were so impressed with the food we wanted to meet the team. The spa facilities were heavenly (it’s called heaven spa) and you can ski in and ski out from the hotel. We will definitely come back here, perhaps for the summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wir sind für eine Hochzeit dort gewesen und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Service ist unfassbar höflich und familiär. Der Spa Bereich mit dem Ausblick atemberaubend. Wir hatten aufgrund unseres Hundes ein Chalet mit direkt an einer grünen Wiese. Kulinarisch top und super Drinks an der Bar!

Einfach nur großartig! Vom ersten Kontakt am Empfang bis zum Check out eine tolle Zeit im Puradies. Besonders die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der MitarbeieterInnen ist besonders hervorzuheben. Toller Wellnessbereich, toller Streichelzoo, sehr schöne Zimmer!

Warmherzig, gemütlich, sinnlich, und sehr sehr lecker. Wir waren schon 3 mal hier und werden sicher noch 1000 und 1 mal wieder kehren. Den Tag in der Sauna, im Badeteich, im Wellnessbereich oder bei einem Ausflug verbringen, Traumhaft! Sich im Lokal verwöhnen zu lassen, danach in der Bar den gemütlichen Tag ausklingen lassen und in einem urgemütlichen Ambiente genießen. Danach in der Wolke wie auf Wolken schlafen. Frühstück mit Giesela, und der Tag kann erneut beginnen. Ein Lob an alle, ob Koch, Bedienung, Service, Barkeeper usw. ihr seid alle sau guad.

Wunderschönes Natur - Resort, freundliches Personal (bis auf wenige Ausnahmen im Service), tolles Frühstück, viele Tiere und tolle Saunen. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass sich im SPA-Bereich am beheizten Pool, der eigentlich zur Entspannung dienen sollte, Kinder aufgehalten haben. Da wurde von Beckenrand gesprungen und überall wild geplanscht. Da hat die Entspannungsmusik im Hintergrund nichts mehr ausbügeln können. Auch wurde im gesamten Hotel (Restaurant, SPA etc.) das Kindergebrüll vom Personal einfach so hingenommen, was für kinderlose Paare als sehr störend empfunden wurde. Unser Zimmer war total schön und sehr sauber, aber leider hellhörig.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr schönes Ambiente, besonders im SPA-Bereich. Sauber und gepflegt, sowohl Zimmer als auch SPA - Bereich. Frühstücksbuffet und Mittagsjause gut. Abendessen für ein 4 Sterne Superior eher enttäuschend (Kidneybohnensalat & Linsensuppe = Wellness?, an einem Abend gab es Ratatouille als Beilage, am nächsten Abend Minestrone = gleiche Zusammenstellung nur als Suppe; mehr Verwendung von Salz , Gewürzen und den selbst angebauten Kräutern hätten dem Essen etwas Geschmack verliehen. Von 4 Tagen nur an einem Aufgüsse durch Personal - und das übers Wochenende - ist auch zu wenig.

Wir waren mit Kleinkind und Hund schon zweimal hier im Puradies Chalet - wir genießen sehr die offene und familiäre Atmosphäre- Kinder können Kinder sein zwischen schönem, hochwertigen sowie rustikalen Ambiente.. kein schicki micki !! Danke für Diesen schönen Ort und bis bald 👋🏻
