Just back from another lovely stay. The perfect hotel if you want to relax with your family. Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh and tasty food. Convenient for skiing. The hotel is very clean and well kept with everything you need, we can’t wait to return.

Great hotel and experience from start to finish. We arrived by train and were picked up by the hotel’s shuttle service, the driver helping with bags and taking them to our room when we arrived at the hotel. The room was ready for us despite being 3 hours early for check in. Super comfy bed and pillows with plenty of storage space. Clean bathroom again with storage and plenty of towels. The outdoor pool was fantastic with great views. Didn’t use the other spa facilities, but they all looked great. Ski shuttle - used this every morning and never had to wait long to get up to the slopes. Food was all lovely. Staff were friendly. We’d definitely stay in this hotel again.

I have made several trips to this lovely family run hotel on my own to join family nearby. I always feel very comfortable and well looked after. Breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared with a great selection. The new pool area is very pleasant to sit around. The area is stunning I will definitely return

Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden mit allem. Essen, Trinken, Entspannung. Und natürlich Massagen hatten wir mehrere die immer wieder von höchster Qualität waren. Jana ( Masseurin) ist der Wahnsinn nur um 1 zu nennen. Danke dafür... Auf alle Fälle kommen wir sicher wieder. Preis Leistung ist hier gerechtfertigt. Danke an das ganze Team ihr habt euch alle sehr bemüht. Wir sind wieder rundum zufrieden gewesen.

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal hier. Idealer Standort für einen Schiurlaub mit Wellness incl. 15m langem warmen Außenpool. Shuttle zur Steinbergbahn zur Schischaukel nach Saalbach. Viel ruhigerer Urlaubsort. Das Hotel bestens geführt und organisiert, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt, hervorragende Küche, freundliches Personal, Erholung pur - ohne Stress! Wir kommen wieder!

Zimmer sind top; Außenpool hat nicht immer angenehme Temperatur; Shuttledienst zu den Liften ist sehr angenehm. Frühstück entspricht dem Standard. Nachmittagsjause bietet nur eine Suppe und Kuchen. Qualität des Abendessens hervorragend, es werden jedoch alle Gänge serviert (kein Buffett); Wasser (Grander) kostet extra.

Wir waren schon mehrfach Gäste im Hotel und wurden auch dieses mal nicht enttäuscht. Die Herzlichkeit, der Service rundum das ganze „Paket“ welches das Team um Barbara und Rupert Madreiter anbietet ist ausgezeichnet und sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen immer wieder.

Weil es einfach ein ganz tolles Hotel ist und vom Service gepasst hat ! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt ! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und der Ausblick einfach so schön, weil wir hier auch ganz liebe Schaferl gesehen haben ! Vor allem der Spa Bereich einfach super !
