Our stay at Krallerhof was amazing! The room was comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. The infinity pool was one of the highlights, offering a calm spot to enjoy the landscape! The spa, known as one of the best in Austria, exceeded our expectations and became another highlight of the trip. The food was consistently delicious, with each meal impressing us. I would definitely recommended Krallerhof for a luxurious, gastronomic and sensory experience.

Really super hotel. Ski to door. Close to the gondola and if you’re not skiing the hotel still gives you a gondola pass for a return trip. The spa is out of this world. The outside pool is spectacular. The sauna and sauna ritual are brilliant. Food is delicious and the bar friendly with good cocktails. Our room was well designed and very comfortable. Would totally recommend the Krallerhof

This was my wife & I's first trip to Austria and we couldn't have had a better experience. Krallerhoff and the new Atmosphere (spa) is nothing short of breath taking with endless ammenities. The staff are extraordinarily pleasant and patient with anything you could need as a guest. The culinary experience is also unparalleled with a gourmet breakfast, afternoon snack, and 5 course dining experience with rotating menus daily Thanks to the Krallerhoff team for an incredible memory!

The Hotel is located in a very nice place. The cable car is next to the Hotel and we got a card with which we used this for free of charge. The room was also very nice (lake view), clean and comfortable. You can even choose mattress hardness when booking. The staff was very friendly. The wellness is amazing and very big. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty and the selection was very large.

Hotel, Spa, lakes, pools and views are sensational. This place is a world class hotel offering you the opportunity to really unwind and treat yourself. The Spa is one of the best I have visited with great attention to detail. It was nice to visit in summer time as we got to sunbath around the pool enjoying some nice swimming and paddle boarding. You will also have a lovely hike on your doorstep to visit a very nice restaurant at the top of the mountain. Both the hike and restaurant offer some fabulous views. The staff are very friendly and happy to help no matter what the request and the food is outstanding! Prepared to feel very full at all times. Thank you Krallerhof, please don't change! We will be back.

The entire estate is impeccably maintained, stylish, and cohesively designed, featuring an unparalleled water and wellness area with exceptionally long opening hours, allowing for a perfect blend of activities and relaxation. The gym is very well-equipped, and there are two cable cars nearby. The breakfast buffet offers an endless selection (wow!), and the lunch and dinner buffets are excellent, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. There's a lovely bar with great ambiance to unwind in the evening.

Very pleasant hotel and very well located at the foot of the slopes. Comfortable family suites, perfect staff, friendly and available, quality catering, (room service a little limited in offering but very quickly served and well presented, sumptuous breakfasts, “early hours” dinner area for children in the evening, mixed family dinner buffet/table service in a beautiful, tastefully decorated dining room), ski rental service in the hotel and reservation of lessons and packages directly at reception, large indoor swimming pool and small heated outdoor pool (geothermal?). In short… everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxed and worry-free vacation with your family.

Typical Austrian hotel with very good cuisine. A personal and friendly management. Everything is there, either in the room or in the hotel, not to mention the new wellness area, which is exceptional. Finally, the hotel is located on the slopes and next to the lift. We will go back next year.
