The front desk service is warm and standardized. The room is spacious and has all the facilities. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It's only about one kilometer to walk to the train station and all major attractions. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is also good.

Hotel viejo y muy anticuado, necesita una reforma urgente. Tarifa bastante cara. La carga y descarga del hotel estaba llena y nadie se molesta en vaciarla, hubo un coche que estuvo 2 días consecutivos aparcado en la puerta. Nulo acceso para minusválidos, hay que subir muchas escaleras en la entrada y hasta para acceder al ascensor. Bañera con desconchones y habitación que necesita una reforma urgente como el resto del hotel. Lo mejor la distancia a lugares del centro de León y la atención de las chicas de recepción, miy simpáticas y atentas. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

El hotel está igual que hace 20 años,con la familia Quindos,ahora anclado en la antigüedad y dejadez,hace falta una restauración general.Precio alto para un hotel viejo y dejado ,no es aconsejable ... Ni para unos días de vacaciones ni para negocios..

Hotel, con muchas modificaciones por hacer, está todo súper antiguo, Estamos en verano a 30 y pico grados de temperatura y me dicen que las instalaciones como son antiguas que no funcionan los aires acondicionados. Por no continuar poniendo y escribiendo toda la sesión, la mala atención en recepción, en concreto de una chica que pone en su chapa Belen. Me dicen que si no estoy a gusto que me puedo ir del Hotel. En fin bien por ubicación, pero mal por todo lo demás lo barato sale caro

Bienvenidos a los años 70, en su peor versión. Sin mantenimiento, aspecto deplorable, ya nada mas llegar a la recepción. Desconchones en mostrador, paredes, bañeras, puertas... La limpieza es buena, sobre todo en camas y toallas, pero no luce nada porque el envoltorio y el continente es cutre. Tiene 3 estrellas y le sobra una.

He estado del sábado 18 al domingo 19.05. Una decepción absoluta . Me dieron una habitación que como mucho se debería utilizar de cuarto de la ropa, sin remodelar ni pintar desde hace 40 años , gotelé , desconchones , regletas para tapar cables, ventilador lleno de polvo, instalación eléctrica antigua y por un precio de 110 euros , la habitaciones 207. No lo denuncié y me fuí, porque la cama al menos estaba limpia y estaba en León por una situación dolorosa. Necesitaba esa ubicación exclusivamente para dormir desde las 22 hasta las 7,30 de la mañana y encima el hotel estaba con pocos clientes Hace aproximadamente.una década, cuando lo regia la familia Quindós era una delicia , he estado en varias ocasiones y una habitación estupendas y muy cuidadas .No se fíen de las fotos de su página.

Los servicios del hotel son pésimos, ya que nos quedamos 2 noches en las cuales pagamos 180 euros y no teníamos ni agua caliente y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fria es vergonzoso, sin hablar del secador del baño, llaves de la luz, ventiladores de aspas colgados en las paredes, una sola llave por habitacion ( llave metálica porque no era de tarjeta), dejó mucho que desear las instalaciones y la responsable del hotel que no puso ninguna solución. La respuesta que nos dijeron fue que se estaba duchando mucha gente a la vez y no avia agua caliente para todos una verguenza. NO SE LO ACONSEJO A NADIE.
