昨天晚上不小心定錯了酒店一個小時以內就打電話取消訂單了先是給客服打電話取消訂單然後打給酒店前台取消訂單都同意了酒店不處理拖到今天白天酒店拒絕退款真是噁心

環境一般，設施差，躺床上直接通過鏡子看衞生間？馬桶沒蓋子？夜裡十一點開房，次日十三點三十分上來説時間到了，問續房還是退房，因為我手頭在忙，説等會下去吧枱再決定，結果就來脾氣了，哪裡是開酒店的？簡直就是大爺，拿出二維碼就讓付房錢，最後説不讓我住了，呵呵呵要不是非要評分我一顆星都不想
