We love this property. This was our third visit. Really handy for ice skating, ski bus, town center, a great shop, nice pool with jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam rooms. Rooms are perfect for a weeks stay although we always book 2 bedroom for 4 guests. I would not suggest putting the max recommended guests into the apartment as it would be very cramped. Priced fairly for what you get.

Accommodation was outdated and tired. “Hot” tubs were kept at 85f/30c which was quite disappointing after a long ski day. Not family friendly. Our kids were repeatedly yelled at for being kids, ie jumping in the pool, getting in the way of people swimming laps, being too loud. Very rude guests and aggressive with our kids. Then to top it all off, we were charged 60 euros because we didn’t empty the dishwasher before leaving and not wiping down the counter even though we had no cleaning supplies, as well as some garbage (wrappers, toilet paper roll) on the floor and not taking out one bag of garbage. We attached the pictures they sent us as evidence we didn’t clean, which just shows how ridiculous their accusations are. We felt we left it in good shape and nothing beyond regular use with three kids. With no cleaning supplies, garbage bags, broom, or bins in the bathrooms, how can they expect we clean the apartment before leaving? Great location for Grand Massif but we wouldn’t come back given the other issues.

We arrived on December the 17th. Accommodation is bigger than we expected. We paid for 2 bedroom and mezzinine for 4 adults and two teenagers. Steps to mezzine are very steep - ladder like!!! The oven is good but too high. One of our party burnt their hand. One couldn’t reach to use it. One toilet. One toilet roll for week. Pool is freezing- apparently 28 but didn’t feel like it. Really cold. Jacuzzi warmer but still not hot. Steam room and sauna warm. Supermarket stocked for 23rd December. Loads closed and not accessible as doesn’t open until 23rd Dec. No ice skating until 23rd Dec. Up until 21st Dec loads of work going on - drilling / banging / workmen around - started at 8am and even when we came back for lunch loads of drilling. It is two minutes to the centre so good location. No ski bus working until 23rd December so 10 minute uphill walk to gondola. Loads of ski lifts not working until 23rd December

Smooth check in with friendly staff. The rooms are a bit tight but more than big enough for a week. Well kitted out with everything you need. As others have pointed out I would book a 6 sleeper for max 4 adults. We were 3 adults and a 2 year old and it was perfect. All in all great value for money. WiFi was a bit poor but worked

Exceptional welcome!! Very pleasant accommodation, very well equipped! nothing was missing!! bed linen, towels, tea towels... provided: it's great!!!! indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam!!!!super!!! Perhaps it would be wise to provide a secure way to access the jacuzzi because it is not easy to access. we loved the fireplace area, the table football, the games available!!!! everything is really well thought out!!! we can't wait to come back!!! Nous avons ete tres déçu de cet établissement qui n'a rien d'un 4 etoiles. A notre arrivée une odeur d'urine etzit presente dans tout l'appartement, la serpillere et le seau étaient au milieu du salon, les vitres de la salle pleines de taches et.le pire des taches de sang sur un oreiller dans la chambre des enfants.... j ai toute de suite appelée l'acceuil yne jeune fille est venue et a constaté l'etat de l'appartement. Nous avons demandé a changer d'appart mais les 2 responsables etaient en conges ce jour incroyable..... apres avoir refuse categoriquement de rester dans ce logement repugnant on nous a change d appartement. Tres mauvaise experience aucune excuse de la direction. Ne vaut vraiment pas un 4 etoiles
