Modern hotel in walking distance to spa, shopping, and restaurants . The superior rooms are above the river, shielded from traffic noise. Of, course, you need to like the sound of wild gushing water. The superior rooms have spacious tubs in addition to walk-in shower with rain fall head. Good selection of toiletry items, though some body lotion would have been nice. Ample breakfast choices, pastries, eggs, local cheeses, fruit, etc. However, nothing appropriate for brewing black tea. The water from the coffee maker is far from boiling, and there are neither teapots nor mugs to brew your tea. The waitress saw the point of the smallish coffee cups but couldn't help out. If you book via a platform and not directly in the hotel, there is a modest local tax to be paid.

A lovely room, very quiet with a luxurious bathroom area. Shower cubicle, with waterfall shower as well as rainfall and hand held shower head. great lighting, The bed was very comfortable, with white bedding only. Complete black-out blinds. I felt very safe here; the staff at reception were very helpful and understanding. Cappuccino from coffee machine (they wouldn't make me one from the espresso machine) was sweet, however, a large espresso option with hot milk made for a reasonable coffee. 10 minute walk to the hospital and a few minutes to the top of the pedestrianised shopping street. Loved it here!

Nice hotel located in a good spot. The room was clean and tidy; comfortable bed. The receptionist welcomed us and provided with all the information needed. Pretty good dinner and breakfast, attentive waitress at the restaurant, view to the river.

I used to stay at the Metropolis Hotel regularly. Total disappointment. For my last trip I paid €25 per night for a garage. My vehicle was vandalized there and the hotel management bury their heads in the sand. The completely incompetent manager did not want to know anything and did not use his insurance. I warn all visitors about garage 3 which has no surveillance cameras. Regrettable experience for this hotel. Other hotels are better in the Principality of Andorra.

Completely renovated hotel, modern style, we took 2 connecting rooms, perfect option for families. Super central, if you go to the shops you don't need to take the car for anything, 3 minutes walk from Caldea, with parking, which is paid for separately. The staff is super attentive and super friendly, with lots of love and constant attention, the truth is that we have nothing bad to say about this hotel, we have been very comfortable, comfortable and everything very clean.
