Bel Air Tremblant Hotel & Residences

We stayed in the Deluxe Dome for my 35th birthday, and I couldn’t have hoped for a more special experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team from reception to the spa, restaurant, and housekeeping, made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel like part of the family. The team added such thoughtful touches to celebrate my birthday. I truly felt celebrated, and surrounded by kindness in a magical setting close to nature. The dome itself was stunning, beautifully designed, and perfectly set up for relaxation. Loved every moment of our stay and already miss it. Can’t wait to come back!

We chose this hotel because we were friends and needed two rooms. I was looking for a hotel with a good view and a hot tub, and it was located close to Tremblant Village. So, one of the models at this resort was perfect for us. I don't know where all the negative reviews about cleanliness and comfort came from. The hotel is very clean and the quality is high. We had an unfortunate situation due to a delay with previous guests, and the room wasn't ready. But we must give credit to the hotel manager, who took responsibility and competently corrected the issue, without leaving his guests disappointed. The room was stylish, and the private hot tub, surrounded by beautiful nature, made the evening wonderful. The excellent coffee made breakfast on the deck, al fresco, enchanting. I've already recommended this hotel to many friends and family, and on my next trip to Mount Tremblant, I won't even think about which hotel to stay at. My only suggestion would be to put up signs indicating the office location, as the GPS took us to a different location, where the cottages were, but not the office, and we didn't know where to check-in. I'd like to thank the resort staff for our vacation.

We stayed not in the Dome but the Calafate chalet and as others noted the late check in and early check out is a negative..we were notified that it was ready by 4pm but upon arrival we were disappointed by the lack of upkeep. Leftover food on the deck that looked like it was there for a veeery long time deck was covered in mold and had the pleasure of removing used chewing gum from the bottom of my foot when I walked barefoot going getting out of the hottub. Yuck. The deck chairs and tables hadn't been cleaned since last season.( if then?) Windows inside had various hand prints and other body prints ( patio door had complete faceprint on it). Bathroom had a beautiful art installation of clumps of hair on the wall tile and green toothpaste on the floor to add to the mildew. No facecloths so make sure to bring your own as well. The bed was comfortable and clean though the lamp kept turning itself on every few hours in the middle of the night which was lovely. For what we paid along with resort fee this was a sad experience.

This place is truly beautiful, the dome that we stayed in was super cozy and exceeded all of our expectations. Fiti, who worked the front desk was very sweet, kind and extremely helpful to us. All of the staff at the resort were 10/10 The food at both restaurants were exceptional, some of the best we have ever eaten. One of the best vacation spots you could choose to go and they also have the cutest mini farm that we absolutely adored. We will definitely be back!

I had a great stay at Bel Air Tremblant Resort. I think it’s a very good place for the price. The spa and other areas were clean, well taken care of, and had everything I needed. The whole resort felt warm and peaceful, just what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and they helped me with anything I needed. I also really enjoyed the spa—it was relaxing and well-organized. Overall, I think this resort is a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

This resort is is the creation and planning of a Billionaire. The mountains of Quebec in the Laurentians around Mount Tremblay is first and foremost surrounding our minds, the two bed, two bath custom design home with full kitchen and heated floors is fulfilling comfortable. Gourmet restaurants are close in walking distance. The 'Vale' accommodation is one of many homes available. Staff from front desk to restaurants are first class. Try booking in April and May, September to November for value rates. Our plan is to return next year without a doubt. Loved our stay
