We stayed here on our last night in Martinique/ St Lucia. Fodor's Choice. Outstanding food...FABULOUS "fine dining" breakfast. They were very accommodating when we decided to get their breakfast in-room, same day. The concierge was also extremely professional and helpful. Best food of our stay on balance.

Beautiful room with jacuzzi on balcony and far reaching views across the bay. The kind owner gave us a lift to our mangrove tour and picked us up, when we realised it was further than thought. Excellent service from everyone, beautiful breakfast and suppers , especially good in the gourmet restaurant. Travellers should be aware that this is a significant distance from Trois Islets village and local cabs are not available. However there are really good facilities within walking distance at Pointe du Bout, where there is a large marina, extensive beaches, shops and restaurants. Divers can dive off a large boat from here rather than a rib.

Très bel emplacement pour cet hôtel restaurant original et où nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Les villas avec deux chambres sont très bien agencées et agréables avec le jacuzzi ; il manque toutefois quelques détails pour un 5 étoiles , on entend par exemple trop le bruit du restaurant , certes jusqu’à une heure raisonnable mais les journées débutent tôt en Martinique ! Par ailleurs la piscine n’a aucune intimité , placée en plein milieu du restaurant… Pas suffisamment enchantée pour y revenir malgré le sérieux des prestations et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cadre superbe, une très belle vue mer et cuisine excellente pour un week-end en amoureux qui avait bien commencé. Cependant nous avons eu à regretter la conception de la chambre et du jacuzzi privatif. Marches en bois d'accès au jacuzzi et carrelage jacuzzi + salle de bain hyper glissant quand il est mouillé. Le carrelage mouillé à la sortie du jacuzzi a entraîné une chute avec fracture du poignet avec toutes les conséquences que cela entraîne encore 8 mois après. Notre séjour a été gâché par cette mésaventure qui aurait pu arriver à n'importe qui. C'est dommage que rien n'était prévu pour éviter ceci. Nous ne sommes pas prêts de revenir. Nous espérons que des mesures ont été prises pour éviter que cela se reproduise.

Excellent séjour dans une villa décorée avec soin, avec sa piscine privée, dans un cadre intimiste et verdoyant. Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel attentionné. Chaque séjour passé dans cet établissement est toujours un plaisir renouvelé. Merci à toute l'équipe et au plaisir de vous revoir.

Nous sommes allez boir un verre entre amis. On avait commander une bouteille à 30€ un bon vin. On a bien était servis etc...au moment de payé la serveuse nous annonce 74€ ??? Déçu qu'on de trompé ainsi alors qu'on avais bien précisé en montrant avec notre doigt quel bouteille. Sois elle est aveugle sois elle a fait exprès. Une petite blonde...peut être lui apprendre à lire. On reviendra plus. C'est dommage car l'endroit avait l'aire très agréable. Mais ce faire anarquer non merci.

Chambre beaucoup de choses à dire pour un 5 étoiles mais jusque là rien ne motivant un réel mécontentement. En revanche, resto le soir: passons notre commande y compris apéritif. Peu de temps après l apéritif servi, on nous emmène les plats. Je demande à ce que l'on respecte le tempo de l apéritif, je reçois un refus la cuisine allant fermer (qu aurait il été si nous avions pris une entrée). L entrecôte avec le punch ce n est pas top. A partir de là, les serveurs ne s occupent plus du tout de nous, pas de demande pour du vin, de l eau, pas de pain, pas de condiments rien.. on mange notre plat et on s en va , pas un ' ça a été " par exemple, pas de bonne soirée merci rien. Ils travaillent chez moi, je les vire! Première et dernière expérience en ce lieu et par conséquent dans les chambres. Indigne d un 5 étoiles, nous sommes mieux reçus et consideres dans un Lolo.
