The room was in order and clean but the single bed mattress was based on another underlying mattress and not as normal on the net or on a customs ...so very soft and uncomfortable and sleeping badly. I decided to postpone my stay at the hotel for 6 hours because I had an important work date on the evening and I should just have paid a supplement. At the reception I remember that TV never worked, but they did not take into account a service, they made me pay BEN 40 EURO IN PLUS (and not 20 EURO as it was right because the room was not booked by anyone that day) That's exactly half a whole day x only 6 hours in addition to my stay! I didn't object x because I had other thoughts for my head but it's in fact that without doubt they lost a great client like me x because I'll get back at least 2 times a year x work and x because I didn't bother anyone because my room was Always perfect and clean, unlike other guests that staff I heard complaining myself a lot about the state of the rooms! You don't know keep yourself good customers!!!!
