Next to Wanda Plaza, there are many places to eat. The fried skewers and desserts downstairs are delicious. The service is warm and the sanitation is OK, but the toilet has a smell. The room is large and the bed is quite comfortable

Booked for the hot springs which were great, very spacious and relaxing environment. Small indoor swimming pool but also a nice temperature for a relaxing swim. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel does not cater for solo travellers eating dinner because food can only be ordered in large portions via an app catering for two or more people. Also a shame there is a robot and no human interaction if you want a coffee. The people working there are very friendly and helpful, robots are not! Easy access on foot to Exiu Lake and a short distance further to the mountain entrance.

I did not expect my choice of this hotel was excellence on my first visit to Leshan. The location was very convenience to the Leshan Giant Buddha, ticketing and tour cart/bus just beside. It is 20mins from “Leshan” rail station by taxi, the taxi driver helped me to call the hotel to pick us up at the Leshan museum. The hotel’s staffs were very kind and friendly. Because we have to move to Emei Mountain in the next early morning at 7am. The hotel has prepared 2 sets of breakfast (picture attached) for my wife and I to take away, so we can have it in our taxi to Emei. The cleanliness was good too. The room deco and ambient were nice too.

I came to Leshan for tourism. The hotel has a very good experience. Xiao Luo at the front desk has a very good service attitude. He patiently answered questions and helped recommend nearby attractions and food. Thank you very much! The room facilities are very complete, spacious and bright, with good lighting. The hotel has a long history. It was formerly the guesthouse of the municipal government and has received many heavyweights. The hotel is located directly opposite the Buddha. You can see the Buddha from a distance in the panoramic room or the restaurant on the 13th floor. The restaurant also provides telescopes for free use. The room should have been newly renovated in recent years, with a reasonable layout and relatively comfortable. The front desk service is very good. I especially praise Liu Chang and Xiang Yang, who are very enthusiastic and help answer questions. Because our group booked two rooms, for more convenience, they helped us reserve them on the same floor and upgraded the room. There is the Old Leshan Restaurant for dining around. It is a 30-year-old restaurant and is worth recommending. It took about 30 minutes to take a taxi to the Leshan Giant Buddha because of the traffic control during the Spring Festival. It is still a little far.

Initially booked the dorm however there was someone smoking in the room and I couldn't take the smoke smell, thus upgrade to double bed room with additional fee. I think the hostel in china needs to enforce no smoking in the room. It's so unhealthy and unhygienic. The double room I got was up to the standard. Nothing to complain. Theres even free laundry to use with laundry detergent provided. Thanks for that, it really mean a lot to the backpacker.

The hotel is separated by a river from the Leshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area. Inside the residence, the room I booked can directly see the giant reclining Buddha. I can also see a little bit of the Leshan Giant Buddha, but it is too foggy, so even though the view is good, it is a bit ugly. Clear everything. The room is spacious, but I don't know why the lights always turn off by themselves, and the air conditioner doesn't feel cold enough. The TV is not big enough compared to the room, but it can be moved. The hotel has a viewing platform that is open 24 hours a day, where you can eat and watch the night view. There are some bugs on the outdoor viewing platform, but that's normal for being close to the river.
