這個酒店驚喜到我了！一時興起來的樂山，慌忙中隨便定了個酒店，離嘉興美食街比較近，有免費停車場還是寵物友好～應該是新裝修的，設施完善，那個直飲飲水機很舒服！不用擔心喝到電熱水壺的臟水了！！房間也寬敞明亮，前台服務態度非常好，下次還來～

樂山真是名副其實的美食天堂，酒店離嘉興路美食街很近，走路即可到達，第一次住床這麼大的，很舒服，特別乾淨，最重要的是好吃的太多了

説實在，酒店完全給我的是驚喜，性價比高，房間特別乾淨，有壁式凈水飲水機，衞生間智能馬桶，衞生間和浴室完全分離，分別在台盆的左邊和右邊各一間房，2張大床，還有個貴妃塌沙發，乾淨舒適就對了，床墊也很舒服。絕對的高品質。
我們早上到了，服務員看房間有空，就給我們提前入住了，我們放下行李就可以外出玩了，服務很體貼。

房間設施很好，空調雖然是中央空調但是很安靜，廁所的排氣扇聲音蠻大的，但是可以忽略不計，因為可以單獨開關。窗簾是電動窗簾，床也蠻好睡的，很安靜，靠近小區的。打車去哪裡都挺方便的，很好找。想吐槽:大半夜有機器人的情況，前台讓外賣員上樓給我送外賣，一直打電話一直打電話，一直非要我開門。我都説了放在門口非要我開門。用前台座機打過去沒人接。我問為什麼有機器人還讓外賣員上來猛敲我的門，明明知道是一個女生住。就不能晚點送嗎？就不能放前台我自己去拿嗎？大半夜的來猛敲門，外賣員也是，真是不能理解……前台説機器人在充電，説我沒有和外賣員溝通好……最後前台不承認有機器人的情況，讓外賣員上來給我送東西是她們的問題。是我沒有和外賣員溝通好。晚上打座機打了兩次都打不通，我打攜程上面的商家電話才打到了前台，前台還在撒謊，説過了幾分鐘那個座機才響，我都用手機打過去了，肯定響啊。。。。。。。第一晚的夜班前台真的，好好培訓下吧。阿門房間沒問題，很好睡，就這樣

我們晚上到的，特別感謝保安大叔很積極熱情的幫我們引到了地下停車場，還幫我們拿行李，房間挺寬敞，衞生條件不錯 也挺安靜 睡覺挺舒服，酒店還有洗衣機和烘乾機，對於在外旅遊的我們來説挺方便，必須點贊！

入住感受非常不錯，沒想到柳江古鎮，竟然有超星級標準服務的民宿，衞生不錯。民宿環境也不錯，開窗露台見江景，重點是服務真的非常不錯，星級標準的，細節也做的非常好，到店接，離店送，男管家服務超好，有種超級VIP待遇。早餐一句無意之話，想吃的點其他水果，下午就送到房間了，非常好。停車距離近，主要還免費。愉快的柳江別廬之行。下次一定還來。
