還可以 地點不錯 去哪都方便 衞生也做的不錯 就是網絡不好 還有就是沒有門栓 老有人敲門 私密性不太好 衞生間沒有乾濕分離 其他的都不錯

房型設計還可以，就是廁所和浴缸的那個下水道反味兒很嚴重，然後不知道是不是為了掩蓋那個味道，會有很大的那種刺鼻的空氣清新劑味道，主要就是味道這一塊很難聞，然後廁所漏水有問題，容易積水
