After breakfast, we were packing things in the room. At this time, we found a small black spot moving on the bed. I took a closer look and found that it was a small insect. I quickly called the staff to check. On the way, I opened it. Two more of the same bugs were found on the pillow. I caught one and crushed the other to death. The first person to come was their staff in charge of hygiene. After he opened the sheets and fitted sheets with his own hands, he placed another bug on the mattress. The same bug was found on the hotel, so some more staff came over. Because we had to take the high-speed train back to Shaanxi at around noon that day, and the hotel staff were very polite and said they would explain it to us, so we didn't show up. After so much trouble, I caught the high-speed train that day. After returning to Shaanxi, I went to a pharmacy to buy medicines for allergies, anti-itching, and mosquito bites. Then for three days, the store didn’t reply to me, and they didn’t even make a call until May 24. On the day I called to inquire, I was told that the matter was over. Then I just asked for a refund of my original room fee and more than 100 yuan for buying medicine (I spent money and did not get a clean and comfortable room, and was bitten by an unknown mosquito. Allergies) and did not ask for a refund of 100 yuan or 30% of the compensation for other lions. The store turned him down and argued that the bugs flew in through the window because it was near the river. The store really bullied customers.
