All the way from western Sichuan back to Chongqing via Leshan, I stayed in hotels costing more than 300 to 1,000 yuan. This is the first time I have given a negative review to a hotel out of so many. The so-called deluxe family room booked is 450/night, but this price cannot even guarantee the most basic cleaning and hygiene. 1. The carpet is too dirty! 2. The urine stains and smell of urine in the toilet are too strong and extremely disgusting, making it impossible to use it normally! ! ! 3. The cleaning staff probably never wiped the wash basin! I gave feedback to the front desk and said sorry! Extremely speechless! If it weren't for arriving late, I would really want to change hotels!

房間不乾淨 很臭 一大股下水道的臭味返上來 大早上的被薰醒 薰吐 她們酒店的電話也打不通 還是最後在**上私聊才聯繫上的 上來解決的時候説了一大堆返味的原因 聯繫上她們已經十點了 還有兩個小時就要退房了 她説給我們換房間 有什麼意義呢 然後問我們續不續房間 我説不續了 她就沒管了 我去聯繫了平台 酒店居然和平台説就這個溝通過程在她們眼裡是已經處理好這個問題了…. 然後退房的時候也一直在説返味的原因 並沒有説解決方案 為什麼返味是你們自己該解決的問題吧 誰一大早上起來被薰吐舒服？早上吐多難受你們有理解顧客嗎？真的太差勁了！

遙控器上面灰很重，擔憂衞生，前台服務差，語氣生硬不和藹，枕頭睡着也不舒服，住了那麼多酒店，這家體驗感真的是最差的一家 從來不寫差評，這次真的一點都沒有休息好，感受到這樣的服務 讓人真的很抓腦

每次出差都來這裏，前台接待熱情，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，交通方便高鐵站打車5分鐘，對面就是世豪mall逛街逛商場也很方便，吃的更是豐盛，樂山的特色美食在酒店附近都能品嚐到
