這家店是近兩年裝修的，房間的佈置和設施確實不錯，可惜店家老闆的態度不好，我們入住當天，晚上突然沒了熱水，老闆第一時間沒給解決，從晚上十點過到第二天早上十點一直沒有熱水。本來大家和氣生財，但老闆的解決問題態度很有問題，不過最後還是妥協了。

體驗感非常差，春節期間價格虛高。前台似乎是從**剛找來的大姐，態度不好還很難溝通。房間洗漱池漏水，拿了一個面盆接着。最不能忍受的是沒有熱水，從入住到離店始終沒有熱水，前台還反問:你説該怎麼辦？這種體驗連帶對樂山的好感都大大降低。
