The hotel is in a good location, very close to the snack street, the room is clean, and the service is good! Their parking lot is under repair, so we parked in another parking lot and they also reported the fee!

After consulting a lawyer, the lawyer asked me if I had video evidence to prove that the cleaner took it? I was stunned. If I had a video, would I still have to go through so much trouble? I turned around and asked the hotel cleaner whether he would wear a surveillance camera when cleaning the room. The hotel said that this was an invasion of guest privacy and it was impossible. Haha, the matter can only be left unresolved at this point. Ctrip is still more reliable. We negotiated again and again in the middle. In the end, the hotel agreed to compensate 500 yuan but not to write a bad review. I refused! The front desk lady is not as good as the brother in handling the problem, and is rather stiff. Consulting for delayed check-out and additional hourly rooms was fruitless.
