Девиз владельцев- жадность, жадность и экономия на гостях. Неуютно, по казенному, завтрак неприятно удивил. Настроение в день рождения испорчено. Гостям там не рады. Единственный плюс- свежий недорогой ремонт. Не советую для отдыха. Цена не соответствует качеству

Как и обещала администратору- оставляю свой отзыв)) Мне бы понравился этот отель, если бы не внезапно случившаяся жара в тридцать градусов... Чисто, вкусный завтрак, хорошая территория, но... кондиционеров нет, ладно ... для тройки- это нормально. Есть окна с москитными сетками, но конструкция окон такая- что их можно не открыть полностью, а приоткрыть на пару сантиметров. Я подошла к администратору с этой проблемой - услышала, что мне могут прямо сейчас вернуть деньги ( сервис на уровне фантастики) и вообще, строил отель много лет назад Сбербанк много лет назад, все претензии к ним... И никто, кроме меня, на окна, которые не открываются - не жалуется, это все капризы ... Все прекрасно сидят с закрытыми окнами ... Подозреваю, что администратором был человек, близкий к руководству отеля- решение вернуть деньги он принял очень быстро, ни с кем не советуясь... Но отношение к проживающим в отеле туристам надо менять...Очень неприятные остались впечатления...

Как и обещала менеджеру Анне- пишу свой отзыв . Семья из двух человек с ребёнком 4 лет ( который спит в кровати с мамой) забронировали двухместный номер в вальде парке. После брони приходит письмо, что присутствие вашего ребёнка в номере бесплатно будет одобрять руководитель, и не сразу а позже результат узнаете можно или нельзя. На сайте этого заведения в п10 правил они сами же указали что дети до 4л 11 мес проживают бесплатно. На мой вопрос менеджеру а как же ваши правила, получила много наглого хамского текста. И ещё мне сказали спасибо что акцентировали на этом внимание, изменим правила. О том, как уважать клиентов, здесь не знают. Персонал явно из деревни поблизости набрали. Видимо дети там очень мешают, да ещё когда за них не заплатили сверху. Поэтому семьям с детьми настоятельно не рекомендую там отдыхать. Свинское отношение обеспечено будет. Когда звонили просили связать с руководством, она ответила что телефон не даст И он приезжает на два часа днём а когда не скажет. И очень большой вопрос откуда 182 отзыва на пятёрку??? С такими то правилами просто подозрительно, они явно ненастоящие. Совет руководителю- лучше выбирать себе сотрудников, они ваше лицо, и почаще контролировать что ваши менеджеры пишут. А Анне пожелаю когда нибудь также как и я испытать обиду за ребёнка. Ну и купите себе книгу вежливости
