Groups can book dugout shelter village, where rainbow trout pond with easily caught fish, sauna, dugouts for sleeping in. Horse riding opportunities at Lassila riding stables 4 km away from cottage. Kinnula 11 km, Peuranpolku hiking trail 300 m, museum of local culture/crafts and Vihtori Storck’s atelier 9 km, Metsäpeuranmaa Visitor centre 1 km, Salamajärvi National Park 27 km.

Villa is situated on a hilloc, surrounded by organic pine and birch trees. Lake is rich in fish like pike, perch and vendace. The nearby Lestijoki river has opportunity to try to catch rainbow trout with lures. Excellent berry and mushroom picking grounds nearby. Access to hiking trail called Peuranpolku. Owner rents out snowshoes and bicycles, also advices how and where to get e.g fishing licences.
