The place was a nice get away vacation for us and we enjoyed our trip! It has an additional desk called Selvatours with optional tours that are mostly worthwhile. Unfortunately, however, we had a little bit of difficulty getting a hold of them during Semana Santa (when our reservation was booked) to find out how to schedule everything and get there by boat (we had to show up and figure everything out ourselves manually), so I think the service piece can be improved upon. Also, the trip.com website needs to get in touch with them to get the phone number(s) correct because the current one does not work. Overall we still enjoyed it.

They announced a four-star hotel, but I would not give you more than two stars, very basic rooms, there is nothing of amenities, the dispenser soap, hot water only if you ask, down a taco, in that climate and there is no refrigerator in the room, put it with additional payment, lack of renovation, Leticia for Colombia and the world generates a great expectation, the price and category of the hotel does not match
