Hotel Kristall - Adults Only

Had a lovely 5 night stay with our adult children. It’s quite a big hotel but as everyone is out and about each day it didn’t feel too crowded. Roof pool gorgeous and would have loved an evening swim. Hope hotel considers keeping it open later than 7, maybe? Food was a real highlight. Can highly recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent adults only hotel, we stayed for a week in August 24, we wish we had booked for longer. The staff are all very helpful and nothing is a problem, Breakfast had a excellent choice, afternoon tea was great, we especially enjoyed dinner. Just on the doorstep of walking routes, we had E-bikes from the hotel and they recommended a really excellent guide (Harry) We are planning to go back earlier next year.

We had a weeks guided walking in the Austrian Tyrol which was an excellent experience. We were based at the Hotel Kristall in Leutasch. The hotel was adults only - very nice to get away from kiddies for a change. Rooms were very comfortable with a terrace to use in the afternoon. The infinity pool offered spectacular views, what a treat to relax in the warm water after walking 8 miles! The food was excellent, portion sizes weren't huge but plenty as most meals were 5 courses. Karin in the restaurant deserves a mention for always been smiley and helpful, along with Georgina who always remembered that I liked a straw with my drink! Richard on reception was very helpul. In fact all the staff were great and coped very well with a lot of Brits who didn't speak any foreign language. There is no air conditioning, which was a problem as it was very hot during our stay. Daniel - a quick fix . . .supply small table top fans in all the rooms - that would keep your guests happy. Another quick fix - make sure you have enough English Breakfast Tea when you have British guests staying with you! Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Hotel Kristall is exceptional. It is modern and new with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is world class and the roof top infinity pool was glorious with its views of the alps. The staff is friendly and attentive. We stayed as part of an inn to inn walking holiday and this hotel was a highlight of our trip.

In February I brought a group of 12 persons to the family run Hotel Kristall on a XC ski trip. I've stayed there several times previously. I always look forward to its comfortable rooms, modern conveniences, excellent service, and exceptional, innovative cuisine. All these attributes were in full effect during my most recent visit. The new rooftop infinity pool and sauna were a big hit with my group. The hotel is a short walk to many XC ski trails.

We last visited in 2019 and since then the hotel has undergone a major refurb. This has not changed the things we loved then one bit. The warmth of the welcome, the friendliness of all the staff and as for the food .. fantastic! Loved the infinity pool which is a new addition. The location is great for winter walking with plenty of trails accessible from the hotel. Not to mention all the others that can be reached by a simple free bus journey. Would highly recommend.
