Customized beautiful spread for breakfast catered to your time
Room is spacious and comfortable
Downside is toilet in the bedroom with no door and shower is see through

Agree with previous reviews on the challenging (steep and narrow) climb up to the room. But if you are looking for a unique experience, quiet room (even though floors crack as we walk), feel like you are part of history with modern comforts (wifi, box tv with lots of channels, shower, toilet, fridge - all in one room by the way), this is the place. Very attentive and charming host serving breakfast and genuinely interested in who we are. The area around is perfect - walking distance to town and KU Leuven Campus Arenberg.

In a lovely location overlooking the Beguinage and easy walking distance to the centre of town. Very spacious room on the top floor (quite steep stairs so might not be suitable for everyone. Lovely breakfast and charming host.
