Booked for 2 adults, one kid and one infant (1 year). Upon arrival, a non welcoming receptionist refused our check in because he said that the room is for 3. He admitted that this was an error but he refused to solve it, even with extra payment. He even refused to cancel the reservation to get my money back!! When I threatened him that we ll meet at the court, he accepted my reimbursement. Don’t understand how those people work!! Apparently, it is very old, without lift. It is one of the worst hotels ever.

Great location, nearby metro station. Clean, cozy environment, well-equipped room with fridge and microwave, a beautiful garden full of flowers and well-kept plants. Ideal for my stay in Paris Merci beaucoup.

I accompanied a friend who was there for one night, the room has multiple defects justifiable by the price but hey... I find it daring to put "soundproof" in these qualities because it was not at all on the contrary . The room is connected by a corridor to the shared showers and toilets, and this corridor reeks of an undisguised smell of humidity. The receptionist is not welcoming at all and the manager treated us like children when we accompanied our friend, making us understand (although we were respectful given the late hour) that we had to leave. Even if it is well located there are hotels nearby, certainly a little more expensive but at least more pleasant. I do not recommend at all .
