Der Block ist wirklich abschreckend. Müllberge, obszöne Graffitis, zersprungene Scheiben. Der einzige Vorteil des Blocks ist die gute Lage, denn man erreicht die Bayarena in wenigen Minuten zu fuss. Das Zimmer an sich ist in Ordnung. Modern eingerichtet, guter TV, faire Mini-bar Preise. Das Duschen hat sich sehr schwierig gestaltet, da die Dusche nicht abgedichtet ist und das Wasser durch das ganze Badezimmer flutet. Das Badezimmer dann wieder trocken zu kriegen ist eine Herausforderung, besonders ohne Fenster.
