We had a great time staying at Nature Bio Hotel Elite. The staff was amazing! - really welcoming, courteous and helpful. Michela, Karlo and Franchesco always went an extra mile to make us feel like really dear guests. The breakfast at the hotel offered a great variety and choices for any taste - yogurts, fruits and fresh vegetables, cereals, croissants, variety of cakes, boiled and scrambled eggs, plus beans and sausages for English breakfast, cold ham and salami, cheese, jams and everything in between. Really generous breakfast. There is a bar in the reception area working all day. We stayed at the last 4th floor. For not such sports enthusiasts like ourselves there is a lift in the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. They tidied it every day by default unless you don't want them to. Everything was in perfect working order. The temperature in the end of May was about 24-26 degrees Celsius, so it was really pleasant, but there is an A/C in the room for when needed. The beds were very comfortable too. The view from the balcony was breathtaking - surrounded by the gorgeous Italian Alps / South of Tyrol, with the sparkling surface of Levico Lake ahead. Our balcony was facing West, so when not being somewhere else, the afternoons were perfect for sunbathing in private, enjoying the beautiful view and birds singing. Serenity and nature's beauty in abundance. The hotel's common areas were tastefully decorated. The grounds outside also offered variety of places for relaxation, with or without a drink, or - entertainment, especially for kids. Loved Susanna's massages there too. This lady is blessed with magic hands! In the reception and breakfast area they leave there a daily newsletter for their guests, with the weather forecast and an update for what is going on in Levico Terme and nearby on the day and the next day, which was really useful and a nice touch. There is always something going on there - local farmer markets, wine tasting, hiking tours, etc. The location is really convenient - in close proximity to the high street (3 min walk) with many places to sample the incredibly tasty Italian cuisine at reasonable prices (12-15 euro for a normal pretty big size pizza, up to 20 euro for a meal). There is a 15-20 min pleasant walk to the train station, which is currently being refurbished, but there are replacement buses running regularly to places nearby. 10-15 min leg stretch downhill will take you to the stunning Levico Lake, where you can sunbathe, have a picnic, dine, practice watersports or take the Walk around the lake, which takes 2-3 hours for non-experienced walkers, and is mostly flat with only a few inclines and declines. The entire area is known for its walking trails, hiking, cycling, as well as as a spa town with mineral baths, but we didn't try those, so I cannot comment on that. The region is known for its wine produce too. A bit limited in respect of day trips options, but you can visit Trento (50 min on a bus)
