Hotel that could become a place of the heart. I stayed with my parents and my children, very kind staff, spacious rooms, clean, beautiful terrace with lake view, central location, impossible to find faults, staying in a building so rich in history can only be a pleasure. What can I say except that we will definitely be back!

English: I chose this hotel for the elegance of the interiors and the suggestive pool in the Spa, the dinner is excellent and plentiful with a wide choice of courses, the breakfast although complete with everything, is a little lacking in variety. The hotel is located near the spa but far from the train station. My room was beautiful and clean, but in my opinion poorly lit and with the lamp socket positioned at the headboard of the bed in contact with the pillow, the courtesy set in the bathroom was a little limited (the shower cap, shoe polish sponge, etc. were missing), towels changed daily. The rooms on the ground floor were too cold to stay in after dinner and lacked books or magazines to spend time relaxing in. In the paid Spa (bathrobe and slippers not included in the price), there is no bathroom, hairdryer, herbal tea corner, suggestive environment perhaps a little bare and with cameras pointed at you, I imagine for security reasons, but questionable. The idea of afternoon tea to warm up is excellent. However, I recommend it, especially to couples.

Siamo tornati in questo hotel dopo 7 anni e rimane sempre una garanzia! La camera classica è semplice, ma pulita e dispone di tutti i comfort (shampoo, bagno doccia, balcone ecc). La colazione è il fiore all'occhiello: torte e dolci fatti in casa, confetture, cereali e tanto altro ancora.. una vasta selezione per ogni palato e tutto veramente buono!! Super consigliato anche per la posizione vicino al centro e a pochi passi dal Lago di Levico.

Abbiamo soggiornato tra giorni a cavallo della festa della Befana per vedere il mercatino Asburgico, il lago. Hotel confortevole anche se un pochino datato in un palazzo antico. Camera carina e pulitissima e bagno con doccia. La colazione ottima con vasta scelta tra dolce e salato. Abbiamo prenotato la piscina, ci sono turni di due ore. Piscina molto carina con idromassaggio e zona sauna. Personale molto gentile.

Leuk hotel op loopafstand van centrum. Enigszins gedateerd maar wel schoon. Prima kamer met uitzicht op het meer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Gelegenheid om fietsen te parkeren. Ontbijt was goed. Gratis parkeren aan de achterkant van hotel (als er plek is)

Con mio marito e i miei genitori siamo stati in questo hotel per una notte.. al telefono la signora è stata gentilissima,belle camere e pulitissime, con nostra sorpresa ci hanno assegnato camere con vista lago, la colazione buonissima con una grande attenzione e cortesia ,ci siamo sentiti coccolati perché essere fuori casa con genitori anziani e trovare ambienti cosi fa diventare più bella la vacanza
