If i could give the service a 0 i would. Front clerk was a new hire with 0 training and no other employee on site. Tried to charge me when room was prepaid. Got put in a room with a non working lock, but didn't get switched till they changed the key card 3 times, including a master key. Second room they switched me too also had a broken lock, but this one was already partly disassembled so at least they didn't have me retry key cards a bunch of times. During this time other customers were having issues as well. Clerk was obviously struggling, i felt bad for her as management put her in an awful position. Finally an assistant manager came on site and 3rd room actually had a working lock. Unfortunately the wifi barely worked in the room, but at that point i wasn't going to try my luck to get another room.
